Providing, supplying, fixing & cladding of aluminium roll-coated composite panel material having more than 70% of PVdf with all coatings not exceeding AAMA at 605.2 -requirements, with anti- toxic low density polyethylene having aluminium coated with chrome or polyester, polyvinylidien fluoride of Hylar 5000 in Ausimont USA &Kynar 500 in Elf-Atosem will be fixed on the aluminium extruded section structural frame for a full cladding work, Aluminium structural frame made out of standard aluminium sections of size 50 mm X 25mm approximate @ 1.2 Kg / mt. fixed on the wall surface using 25 mm X 38 mm X 100mm G.I angle riveted on the aluminium structural frame work. 3MM thick Viva will be used Aluminium composite panel. Aluminium composite panel material will be fixed on the aluminium structural frame work by using PAN / CSK / Rhd screws with aluminium ‘L’ angle and also by using aluminium / Translucent / Grey / Black / Clear or White Silicone sealant gel of NC / EL / GP will be used for filling the gaps between the aluminium composite panel slabs & the section, and making the aluminium composite panel slabs permanently fixed on the structural frame and also enabling for a waterproofing, after filling the excess opening by using 6mm Thermo resin packing.including all material Cost and convenyance to site on hire basis etc complete as directed by departmental officers.
