Providing of Impact Recorder before Start of Shifting of Main Tank of 315MVA T/F at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly to 400KV Sub Station Muradnagar for checking of any Impact on Core & Winding inside the Transformer Main Tank after complete of journey. Report of Impact Recorder has to submit to Supervising Engineer within 10 Days by the Contractor.

Loading of 315 MVA T/F main tank along with accessories, making the wooden sleeper plate from jacking the T/F tank up to trailer height placing the rail under T/F tank and shifted up on trailer, removed the rail under T/F tank and proper tightening the main tank with trailer bad with the help of steel rope and turn buckle at 400KV S/S Bareilly .

Safe Carriage of Main Tank of the 315MVA Transformer & its all accessories by Private HYDRAULIC Trailer to be Arranged by the Contractor from 400KV Sub Station Bareilly to 400KV Sub Station -II Muradnagar (Distance approx. 300 Km) Excluding the Cost of Transit Insurance.

Opening of lashing of main tank of 315 MVA Transformer loaded on Trailer jacking the tank for packing the rail under the T/F tank and shifting it of wooden to plate form, Removing the rail under the T/F tank on wooden sleeper, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly and removing the wooden sleeper under the tank and unloading of various Transformer accessories of above 315 MVA T/F like oil filled drums, bushing conservator tank, cooling fan etc. from Truck/ Trailer at site at 400 KV S/S-II Muradnagar.
