| 1 | Architectural consultancy services for the Semi District Hospital (SDH) at Jhadol Distt. Udaipur covering planning, contour surveying, landscaping, detailed architectural and structural drawings, MEP services, preparation of estimates, and 3D views from all sides, duly approved by the Competent Authority. The work shall be executed as per the requirements, guidelines, enclosed scope of work, and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including all applicable taxes and charges. The estimated project cost is Rs. 4042.00 Lacs(1) Surveys, Investigations & Conceptual Planning: Conduct all necessary site surveys, including geological investigation of soil and rock, and collect requisite data from concerned departments. Prepare conceptual plans with multiple options, incorporating green building concepts as per Medical Health Society, Guidelines, and obtain the approval from the PWD Chief Architect and the client department.(2) Detailed Cost Estimation: Prepare BOQs, detailed cost estimates for Financial sanction, and all related documents. Submit in two (2) hard copies and soft copies (CD/pen drive) as required.(3) 3D Views: Prepare 3D views of the approved conceptual planning, including sufficient perspectives to clearly present the scheme. Finalize elevations and sections based on approved concepts. (4) Architectural & Structural Drawings: Finalize plans, elevations, and sections, 3D Views and prepare complete detailed working drawings. Provide earthquake-resistant structural designs as per SBC Report, with proof checking from IIT/NIT/Government Engineering Colleges at the consultant’s cost.(5) Services Drawings :Prepare all building services drawings (electrical, sanitary, water supply, sewerage, computer networking, electrical substation, EPBX with telephone wiring, CCTV, solar system, fire fighting, and fire detection systems).(6) Site Supervision – To be carried out during Design/construction phase (estimated duration: 18 months) by visiting the site (limited up to max of six visit’s) as directed by PWD officials.(7) As Built Drawings – Prepare as Built Drawings for the project Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
