Repairing of Old Pontoon

Cleaning ,checking of leakage in each and every boxes of MS pontoon emptying the water of pontoon to dry position and then rubbing from cotton for further work like cutting ,welding and Painting.(All consumable are provided by contractor)

Dismantling of M.S pontoon for the overhaulingScope of work:-Damage part of all 09 nos. of boxes to be dismantled accordingly.(All consumable are provided by contractor such as welding rod, nut bolt etc.)

Fabrication and Errection of dismental part of pontoon(Steel material are Provided departmentally)(Scope of work:-Damage part of all nine nos. of boxes to be fabricated accordingly)

Supply and Painting with rubberized paint(One coat red oxide and two coat rubberized paint)(Scope of work:-First, all nine boxes shall be thoroughly cleaned. After cleaning, one coat of red oxide primer shall be applied. Once the red oxide primer has completely dried, one coat of rubberized paint shall be applied, followed by a second coat of rubberized paint as required.
