| 4 | Painting of 2nd stage embedded parts, vertical lift gate and its components in both upstream side and downstream side including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat Zinc primer of 40micron thick and three coats of coal tar epoxy paint of 100 micron each, of approximate 28.8sqm for 4No. of gates, Painting of Hoist bridge, gear box, cross beam etc. including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat Zinc primer of 40micron thick and three coats of Aluminium paint of 100 micron each of approximate 14.4sqm for 4No. of gates all inclusive of labour, materials and consumables as per relevant IS Code specifications and approved drawing with all lead & lifts as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Providing concrete cutting and reinforced cement concrete grade M-25 for 2nd stage concreting using 20 mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grade and quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials as per specification with all leads, lifts, de-lifts including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including providing rigid & smooth steel form works for 2nd stage concrete works and dismantling the same after required days, curing, supply of all tools & plants, machinery, labour charges, cost & carriage of water for mixing and curing concrete including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction / erection and removal of gangways, staging, scaffoldings & incidental charges and Construction of Coffer Dam all complete for 4No. of gates as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.
