Safety equipment have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done up to the height of NRV from the ground level. The same includes loading, unloading & cartage charges etc.

Repairing/ Overhauling of Upadhaya Make 400 mm dia. Non return Valve of set no. 3, 4, and 5 delivery side at 18 MGD SPS Dilshad Garden by carrying out the following works:-Cutting of nut bolts of delivery line Dismantling joint, Sluice valve & Non return valve of both end Flange with the help of gas cutter. Taking out the specials from the delivery line one by one like Dismantling joint, from the line, providing support to the delivery line & finally taking out NRV from the delivery line & Putting them on safer Place in the pump house. Fixing of blank flange on both side of delivery line by providing of nut bolts & rubber packing sheet.

Lifting of complete Non return valve with the help of H.O.T/E.O.T crane & loading in the tempo for taking it to workshop for servicing & renovation purpose including unloading in the workshop & cartage for the same.

Cutting and opening of all nut bolts of N.R.V body cover plate. Lifting of body cover with the Tripod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Taking out complete Disc with disc arm & Shaft from the N.R.V body by lifting with the help of Tripod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Cleaning of body seat ring of N.R.V from inside by chemical solution and polishing by manual arrangement. Cleaning of disc retaining seat ring by chemical solution, emery paper etc. and polishing as required.

Making of damaged collar seat in the NRV body of both side blocks for resting of disc holding shaft block. The job includes grinding, machining and special C.I welding as required to make a proper size.

Renovation of disc holding blocks by fixing of new bushes in the bore as per the size of NRV shaft. The job includes removing of worn out seat & making of proper size & fixing of new bushes.

Renovation of dick by fixing of new bushes on holding brackets in the bore with proper alignment of all bores and as per the size shaft.

Supply of cover bolts & seat. (IS : 1367 Class 4.6/4.0)

Supply of Gas kit. (Rubber IS : 638 Type-B)

Supply of Hinge Pin (SS-410)

Supply of Hinge Pin pin lock nuts

Supply of bushes for disc holding shaft. (GM IS :318 LTB-2)

Supply of cover plug.

Supply of Nut Bolt with washer

Fixing of complete disc with arm, shaft in N.R.V body by proper matching of both the seat rings of body & disc, Fixing of body cover with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement etc. Taking out blank flange from both ends & fixing of N.R.V & other specials of delivery line dismantling joint with the help of HOT/EOT crane lifting arrangement etc. after replacing of rubber gasket & damaged nut bolts & tightening of nut bolts with spanner etc. as required by job.

Loading of complete N.R.V in the tempo from the workshop to the site & unloading the same from the tempo with the help of H.O.T/E.O.T crane & Manual labour arrangement including cartage charges. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
