| 2 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
| 3 | Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 05 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment). |
| 4 | Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately) |
| 5 | Fine dressing of the ground. (Grassing area) |
| 6 | Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Providing and planting of following Shrub plants complete with all lead and lift as per direction of site in charge.Providing and stacking of Rhapis Palm having ht. 45 cm to 60 cm with 5 to 7 suckers, well developed, full of fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Providing and stacking of Travellers palm well developed with fresh & healthy foliage 120 cm to 150 cm ht. plant in 35 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Providing and stacking of Plumeria rubara height 120-150 cm., 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Providing and Stacking of Tulsi of ht. 30 cm with multi branches in Poly bag of size 20 cm. as per direction of the officer in charge. |
| 11 | Providing and Stacking of Alovera well developed with 4 and above suckers in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. |
