Preparation of Forest Diversion case under Forest Conservation Act-1980 including preparation of revenue papers and all essential papers of land falling on the proposed site and collection of other field data and all other relevant documents/ formats mandatory required would be attached with the case as per latest requirement of Ministry of Environment and Forest conservation, Govt. of India after getting the joint inspection / site, Enumerations of trees, including computer typing in 6 copies, binding complete including online submission and getting it through from Nodal Officer Forest Department Shimla and after that hard copies getting it through the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Baggi, Office of Range Officer Suket, Mandi, Office of DFO Suket & DFO Mandi and Conservator of Forest Department Mandi, Nodal Officer Shimla and Sub-Regional office Shimla & Chandigarh including attending all the observations, if raised at any time by any office and to prepare the same by neatly and accurately filling in all the formats/documents with Geo Reference/Digital map and compensatory afforestation maps of forest case with Global Positioning system Co-ordinators collection from site including preparation of KML's File, online submission of forest with scanning all the papers in PDF Files as per requirement and as per direction of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Government of India as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
