Preparation of Forest Diversion case under Forest Rights Act - 2006 including preparation of revenue papers and all essential papers of land falling on the proposed site. To prepare & submit the forest diversion application as per \\"Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006\\" and scope of work encompasses up to obtaining Forest Clearance from Forest Department by submitting necessary documentation including DGPS survey map of Forest plots, Compensatory Afforestation site or any other required survey map to the concerned authorities. To arrange Forest Enumeration, Compensatory Afforestation programme, Forest Right Act Certificate, arranging field verification and compliance, obtaining local clearances, if any, expediting & follow-up with Forest Department and furnish clarifications, additional documentation, presentation to DFO, provide all technical and logistic support to Forest Department etc. in obtaining forest clearance. The consultant will have to undertake all necessary studies as may be required as per the notifications issued by the MoEF&CC during the execution of the assignment. Act Certificate, arranging field verification and compliance, obtaining local clearances, if any, expediting & follow-up with Forest Department and furnish clarifications, additional documentation, presentation to DFO, provide all technical and logistic support to Forest Department etc. in obtaining forest clearance complete in all respects as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
