| 3 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- |

| 8 | Removal of slip/ debries in all kind of soils (including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting) upto a distance of 20 mtrs disposing of unserviceable materials, stacking servicable material and neatly dressing the surface in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil etc. and should be disposed off to a suitable place carriage of slip/sludge complete job as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Repair of existing distribution network of various dia HDPE pipe material grade PE-80, class PN- 4, 6, 8 Kg/cm2 including pipe ends, MS flange table-5 with nut, bolts & gasket butt fusion joint with HDPE welding machine etc as per requirement of all accessories complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |
