Hiring of earth cutting/ excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting / excavating/ removal of slips, boulders including cost of fuel Oil, Lubricants and wages of operating staff any repair/ breakage during operation will be carried out by the contractor at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery from one placed to other place will be absolute responsibility of the contractor only. Actual working hours will be accounted for the payment.
