| 8 | Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect. |
| 10 | Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts. |
| 11 | Removal/Clearance of all kind of silt from sump well upto all depths in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 12 | The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge. |
| 13 | The cement & steel shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag, Steel Rs.7615/-only per qtl. |
| 14 | The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work. |
| 15 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works. |
| 16 | Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant. |
| 17 | Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work. |
| 18 | Material should be used of approved quarry. |
| 19 | The work should be completed in the stipulated period. |
| 20 | The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage |
| 21 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |
| 22 | GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor. |
| 23 | No deviation will be allowed without the prior permission of the Engineer-in-charge. |
