Preparation of mother surface by cleaning of all type of complete/masnory surface with wire brush/surface grinder to remove the plaster peeling, angle, dust, dirt and all foreign material consolidated of surface. After this Providing and laying water proofing treatment on the roof slab of RCC by applying cement slurry mixed with polymer water proofing compund of approved brand such as Perma Hypercrete or equivalent make in ratio 1:1 or as recommended by company including cost of providing fiber mesh in first layer( overlap of joint of fabric mesh shall not be less than 10cm), widening of cracks and crack repair with bond and micro concrete or pu based sealant. Angle corner making or washing, bond coat on the mother surface. After bonding, one coat of primer and two coats of elastomeric waterproof liquid membrane particular direction complete cost of cement and sand complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
