| 8 | Removing the spalled/ distressed RCC from the existing concrete to average thickness of 110mm including disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with Reebaklens fosroc acid/ equivalent with all lead, lift, labour etc., complete. |
| 9 | Micro Concrete - 110mm for RCC Wall with Shuttering. a. Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. b. Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. c. Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 110mm including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. d. Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. |
| 10 | Supplying and Providing the Conbextra GP2 or equivalent of 25kg bag and mixed with of proper cement ration and mixed with 25% of 6mm metal as per the instruction of engineer rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, hire charges for machine etc., complete. |
| 11 | Applying DEKGUARD/ equivalent primer by spraying to the newly gunitted concrete surfaces as per manufactures specifications rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lifts etc., complete. |
| 12 | Applying two coats of DEKGUARD S/ equivalent top coat to the exposed concrete surfaces by brush/ roller coating continuously rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete. |
