Dismantling the existing damaged steel gates including removal of frames, hinges & fastenings, including cost of labours, lead, lift, devolution to stores, etc. complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing and fixing steel gate of required size with double leaf, frame using 50 x 50 x 6mm M.S.angle shutters with 50 x 50 x 5mm M.S.angle and flat 20 x 5mm for door sfiffener center portion 20 x 5mm for shutter stiffener horizontal and 20x5mm for door stiffener outer vertical and horizontal with 2mm thick M.S.Sheet both sides made with 2 no. tower bolt, 1 no. aldrop, 2 no.handles, 3 nos. hinges with cost of all materials lead lift etc., complete including two coats of approved quantity enamel paint over the priming coat of red oxide.

Patchup and repair works to the damaged steel gate and providing MS angle, MS sheets and labour for welding, cuting and painting two coats with enamel paints over the one coat of primer lead, lift etc.,
