Hire and labour charges for providing temporary built up Pandal for 10 days having 6 to 16 m clear span, with 6 m clear height at sides with minimum slope of 1 in 5, using with prefabricated roof truss made up of 50 mm dia or nearest MS tubes outer frame and intermediate members vertical and diagonal members using with 40 mm dia or nearest MS tubes 1m center to centre supported on 150 mm dia MS pipe pillars placed 4.5 m c/c, and jointed together using suitable nuts and bolts, and roofing with 0.3 mm GI corrugated sheet or similar, laid over 40 mm dia or nearest MS tube purlins placed at 1 m to 1.35m c/c, and the vertical posts and trusses connected with prefabricated tiebeam having 40 cm or nearest depth made with 40 mm or nearest dia MS tube top and bottom connected each other by 32 mm or nearest size MS tube and diagonals, with suitable fixtures and proper brazings for stability, including dismantling and cleaning the premises after the period etc. complete.

Hire and labour up to a period of ten days for mull cloth ceiling to pandal including redfrills

Hire and labour upto a period of 10 days for screening with Mull cloth upto a height of 2 m including all charges

Hire and labour charges for providing steel barricade of size 2.40mx1.20m. Around frame provided with 50x25mm MS rectangular tube and intermediate vertices 13 nos using 20x20mm MS square welded together. Steel barricade tied with metal wire to MS post 32mm dia 2.00m height placed into the pit already made including all charges for erection including all transportation charges, loading, unloading and dismantling after the function.

Hire and labour upto a period of 10 day for putting up Thattupandal with aracanut posts erected at 5 m c/c in length wise and 6 m height and MS tubes/casuarina poles connected with the aracanut posts as stiffners and doing frame work at 1m c/c in both ways and thatching with Shade net (90%) (Green net )and dismantling after use.

Hire and labour charges for a period of 10 days for putting up Viripandal with casuarina poles intermediate and horizontal support casuarina with 1.50 c/c apart and thatching with silpaulin plastic film 200 GSM firmly with coir or plastic wireincluding dismantling and removing materials after use.

Hire and labour upto a period of 10 day for putting up viripandal with bamboo mat aracanut reepers or bamboo intermediate and horizontal support with aracanut support with at a 1.50m c/c for intermediate first class at 3.00m about and thatching with bamboo mat and dismantling after use.
