Name of Work:- Maintenance of existing landscaping and arboriculture, plantation as per requirement, installation and maintainers garden lights along E.D. Channel from Chingrighata to AL-BL and all medians of Saltlake Bypass from Chingrighata to Box bridge and inside of Sector-V for 1(one) year which may be renewed yearly depending on the performance for a period of 5(five) years.

Maintenance of the existing landscaping and arboriculture of all medians of Saltlake Bypass from Chingrighata to Box bridge and inside of Sector-V including bamboo fencing by replacement trees, plants, shrubs, grass lawn and Hedges as and where necessary with digging holes, mulching of surrounding of tree roots, application of inorganic/organic manure, cow dung etc. as per requirement, watering with own arrangements, cleaning of unwanted growth of shrubs/plants/jungle etc. protection of trees by using specified insecticide in appropriate proportion as and where necessary including watching and guarding the same as per direction of EIC. Minimum 20% plant should be replaced/ added every year, bamboo fencing should be replaced every year and painting should be made on fencing two times in a year as per requirement & directions.The item will be executed as per service level agreement.

Maintenance of the existing landscaping and arboriculture of road side Gardens including pathway (by ancillary replacement if any) by replacement trees, plants, shrubs, grass lawn and Hedges as and where necessary with digging holes, mulching of surrounding of tree roots, application of inorganic/organic manure, cow dung etc. as per requirement, watering with own arrangements, cleaning of unwanted growth of shrubs/plants/jungle etc. protection of trees by using specified insecticide in appropriate proportion as and where necessary including watching and guarding the same as per direction of EIC along E.D. Channel from Chingrighata to AL-BL.Minimum 20% plant should be replaced/ added every year; kerb beside pathway should be painted two times in a year as per requirement & directions.The item will be executed as per service level agreement.

Supply and maintenance of the garden lights with replacement of any damaged items (light & fittings) including watching and guarding along salt lake by pass from Chingrighata to Box bridge.
