Construction of scaffolding with bamboo poles, wooden planks wire rope etc. suitable for dismantling work on delivery side of canal as per site situation.

Arrangement of chain pulley block and tripod for lifting of the flap shutter gates for dismantling with the help of mechanic and skill labors with gas cutting & welding set as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the all flap shutter gates by cutting and removing old nuts, bolts and studs with gas cutter set observing all safety measures of harness, helmet etc.

Manufacturing PB (phosphorus Bronze) bush (128 nos.) as per sample to suit with the hinge pin, valve body and disc.

Thorough repairing and servicing of the flap shutter gates with matching complete as per direction of E.I.C. (8 nos.)

Fitting, fixing of repair parts with the help of chain pulley block tripod and fitter mechanic and skill labors and take adequate safety measure as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of old SS Nuts and Bolts for 8 nos. flap shutters as per sample.

Replacement of old SS studs (dia. 42 mm & 32 mm ) for 8 nos. flap shutters as per sample. (32 nos.)

Thorough painting of the repaired CI flap shutter gates by 2 coats of red lead primer and anti corrosive paint.
