Civil Work:-Supply & delivery of materials/labours, as per requirement for maintenance of the building structure & side boundary wall, including monthly washing & cleaning of the outside wall of the building , as per direction of EIC. The rate of labours/materials/composite items will be considered as per current schedule of rates of works of PWD/ UD & MA.The bidder have to be produce the original purchase invoice for materials during billing and the payment will be including 10% contractor's profit & GST, if applicable and if the rates has not been included in the current schedule of rates of works of PWD/ UD & MA, as per direction of EIC.Payment will be made for actual execution of work.

Sanitary & Plumbing works:-Supply, Delivery & replacing of spare parts/materials, as per requirement for maintenance of sanitary & plumbing system, as per direction of EIC. The rate of labour/spare parts/materials/composite items will be considered as per current schedule of rates of works of PWD/ UD & MA.The bidder have to be produce the original purchase invoice for each spare parts/materials during billing and the payment will be including 10% contractor's profit & GST, if applicable and if the rates has not been included in the current schedule of rates of works of PWD/ UD & MA, as per direction of EIC.Payment will be made for actual execution of work.
