The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, drassing and ramming the bottom bailing out water as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not excecding 1.500 mm

Earth works in filling in foundation trenche or linhs with goo earth. In layers not execeding 150 mm including watering and ramming etc. Layer by layer complete (payment to be made on the basis of incasurement of finished quantity of work.) a) with earth obtained from excavation of Foundation.

A)Filling in foundation or silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm . As directed and consolidating same by through saturation with water ramming complet . Including the cost of sand ( Palyment to be made on mesurment of finished quantity )

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and drassing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or locla sand.

Ordinary Cement Concrete M-20 (mix 3:11/2:1 ) with graded stone chips (20 mm down) excluding shuttering and rainforcement. If any, in ground floor as per IS codes (iii) Raj Mahal

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard woodplanks of approved thickness with required bracking for concrete slabs. Beams, Columns, Lintels curved or staight including fitting. fixing and striking out after completion of works a ) 25 mm th. 30 mm th. Wooden shuttering as per design and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction.
