| 4 | Disposal of excavated excess earth from the site including conveyance of materials up to an average lead of 1KM away from the site, and correspondiong required lift, loading, unloading etc complete as directed by the EIC. (The quantity is net quantity of capacity of truck after deduction of 20% for looseness) By mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking. (Lead upto 1KM away from the site) |
| 5 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, work up to plinth level : PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 coarse Sand(Zone-III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including curing levelling, etc., as directed by EIC |
| 6 | Providing and laying Concrete of M25 grade (with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum) in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, OPC, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement etc complete as directed by EIC |
| 7 | Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as directed by EIC.
