Overhauling of CoolersThe following coolers to be reomved from the position by removing all pipe connections and inway items,shifted toworkshop,dismantled,overhauled,chemically cleaned,inspect the end covers and tube nest,end covers to be repaired,required tubes to be blanked,pressure tested at shell side and tube side,showned to ship staff and surveyor,assembled with new gaskets,seals and fasteners,painted,fitted in position,satisfactory operation to be showned to ship staff.all materials and consumables like drain cock valves, gaskets,ss fasteners,cooper plugs,paints, cooler cleaning chemicals,zinc anodes with brass adaptors to procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.all machining works,end cover metal buildup works,welding and brazing works are in contractor scope
