Upon completion of the tank cleaning by the Painting section, the tank should be taken over by the contractor which will be issued by Officer incharge. Ensure adequate lighting and sufficient ventilation blowers are to be provided. The tank must be presented by the contractor to the surveyor and UTG survey. Any required renewals should be clearly marked by the contractor. Blower with Flexible Ducts and Temporary lighting are in contractor scope. Sufficient Cable must be provided for both Blowers and Temporary Lighting.

RT/UT(Consider 3% of RMT of weld length) with material to be engaged by contractor. NDT Firm engaged,must be Class Certified. Rectification and re-take if any to be considered in this scope.Note: (For Failed RT/UT – 25% Payment will be Considered)

For Exclusive Work in Night Shifts (Excluding Survey and Remarks Rectification)- Timing to be followed 7:00 PM to & 7:00 AM and obtaining 2 Ton/Day cumulating to Minimum 60 Tons per Month Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
