TURNKEY JOB FOR OVERHAULING OF UNDER WATER VALVES.The following valves to be removed from position,blanked pipe lines,shifted to workshop,dismantled all parts,cleaned,inspected,replace all the defective parts,painted,boxed back,pressure tested and fitted in position,valve gear operation to be overahuled,In butterfly valve- valve rubber seat to be checked,same need to be renewed if rubber seat is found defective.satisfactory operation to be showned to surveyor and ship staff,initial and final survey reports to be submitted.all consumables and materials like ms blanks,neoprane joints,oil joints,gm lids and seat machining works,grease,wraping sheets,ss washers ,ss fasteners(ss316),brass seat rings,gland packing,glands, ss/ brass spindels,valve wheels,butterfly valve rubber seat mouldings(new rubber seat),neoprene rubber coating inside the valves,valve gear box parts,paints are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.all machining works,pullers,welding,cutting and brazing works are in contractor scope. |
