Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only) 1. Total Financial quote is inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and cess etc., except Goods & Service Tax (GST).2. The financial evaluation shall be based on the “total amount without GST”.3. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable Indian laws, withholding taxes if any.4. This form shall be submitted as per BOQ excel template available on e-procurement portal. 5. The total working days shall be considered based on leave on Sunday and other Public Holiday declared by A & N Administration.6. The Team Member shall be entitled for leave @ 1.5 days of each month with no accumulation of leave beyond a calendar year on a pro rata basis. 7. ANIIDCO shall provide office space with furniture, printer, software and internet to the PMU, however, laptop/computer has to be brought by the Team Member. ANIIDCO shall also provide an outsourced office assistanct and office boy for assisting the team. 8. The fee for legal services/legal advice must be quoted on lumpsum basis for one project and it is assumed that there are 07 projects. In case of increase or decrease of number of projects, the legal charges shall be proportionately worked out.9. TA/DA as applicable for pay level/pay matrix 12 & 11 for Consultant/ Experts and pay level/pay matrix 9 to 11 shall be payable to be Young Professionals.
