The starter motor of the tractor is a key electrical component responsible for initiating the diesel engine cycle. Frequent cold starts in snow-bound areas cause carbon brush wear, commutator pitting and bearing damage. Repair includes complete dismantling, inspection, armature rewinding if required, replacement of worn out brushes, (IS 3079) bearings conforming to IS 2399, and solenoid servicing. Proper insulation resistance testing per IS 1885 ensures electrical safety. The overhaul restores reliable starting torque even under sub-zero conditions, ensuring uninterrupted deployment of the machine. The job involves replacing of (2nos.) faulty Head lights. The lights are replaced with genuine parts. Wiring is inspected and adjustments are made as needed to ensure proper function. The job includes material cost, labour cost, transportation cost to site at Bhaderwah and taxes. Complete job.

Replacement of damaged 2nos hydraulic hose assy.(4800psi) length 10 ft (3.05 m) working pressure 4800 psi (330bar), constructed from 4-spiral wire reinforced synthetic rubber hose, conforming to SAE 100R12/EN856 standards.
