| 1 | Dismantling of items after taking power shutdown from supply company, Taking proper precaution measure & using required tools & plant. 11KV GOAB switch complete set with rotor mechanism, operating pipes, operating handle-1set , 11KV horizontal type DO fuse set- 1 set , Lightening arresters- 1set , jumper connections, insulators & all other associated materials from RS pole joist structure for creating enough space for installation of new ones as per requirement . |
| 2 | Dismantling of all existing old/damaged MS channels, MS angle, MS Flat all structural items other than joist pole by removing all MS bolts & fixing hard wares , using cutting machine/gas cutter for non wherever required , Keeping aside the recovered items for further disposal as required. |
| 3 | Replacement of damaged and unserviceable AB switch by new one of 11 KV, 200 Amps , service voltage /rated voltage -11KV rms/12KV rms, 50 Hz, rated short time current 16KA for 1 sec, off load, single break, triple pole, horizontal type, gang operated air break switch having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator per phase complete with galvanized channel iron base, arcing horns, 25 mm dia. 6mtr. long GI pipe, tinned copper wire braided flexible earthing wire & operating handle with locking arrangement etc. complete as required. |
| 4 | Replacement of damaged and unserviceable DO/HG fuse units by new one of 3 phase, 11 KV outdoor type Horn Gap Fuse unit having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator per phase with continuous rated current 100A, 50Hz, Service voltage/Rated voltage- 11KV / 12KV rms, minimum creepage distance of insulators 320mm as per the specifications complete with channel, cu-wire etc. as required. (one set comprising 3 units). |
| 5 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor of 9KV (RMS) Nominal discharge current rating (8/20 micro sec wave)- 5KA heavy duty type suitable for operation on nominal system voltage of 11 KV and highest system voltage of 12 KV , for transformer Sub-station, complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers, connection of earth strips etc. as required. (Comprising of 3nos per set) |

| 14 | Painting of Substation fencing both side (Inner & out door), Supporting angles , Gate & other associated items 2 coats of aluminium oxide paint by engagement of staffs having expertise for similar work with required safety items complete as required. ( To be measured in running meters). |
| 15 | Replacement of damaged breather for 250 KVA 11KV/0.415KV transformer by a new one with dry silica gel etc. as required. |
| 16 | Replacement of faulty/damaged pin insulators by new one of 11 KV grade pin type insulator with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers on existing HT pole/ DP structure etc. complete as required. |
| 17 | Supply of galvanized stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 meter long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45 cm x7.5mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm x 600 mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc. including erection in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. |
| 18 | Thorough servicing of AB Switch, adjustment of bearings, male/female contacts, lubricating of moving items i/c replacement of minor defective parts like nuts, bolts, clamps, wire braided copper strips and checking the functional operation, etc. as required. |
| 19 | Charges for making co-ordination and liaison with supply company for various approval / permission required for shut down of power supply & energisation of substation etc. complete as required. Note : 1) Statutory charges pertaining to Sub-stn work shall be paid by client department or will be reimbursed on production of original receipts. ii) Work to be carried out in 2 or more phases in order to avoid inconvenience to residents, residents of near by area as the requires complete power shutdown during AB switch replacement, DP jumpering & painting of RS joist DP structure. |
| 20 | Dismantling of 1.5 TR WAC units from the existing position & safe keeping of the AC units at store etc complete as required. |
| 21 | Closing the opening of 1.5 TR WAC units by bricks wall with neat cementing plastering, white washing, painting with matching colour of existing paints or with provision of suitable size of MS frame with S/F of glass in the existing frame etc complete as required. |
| 22 | Closing of false flooring opening in the MSC switch room with suitable size of hylem sheet and steel screw for minimizing the heat load of switch room etc complete as required. |
| 23 | Reconnection of LT cable of 250 KVA transformer in LT bushing side after modification of laying of LT cable after dismantling, cutting & re socketing the terminals of 3 1/2 X 150sq mm LT Aluminium cable etc complete as required. |
| 24 | Providing & Fixing of LT bushing cover of 250 KVA transformer of suitable size made of with 4 mm thick M S plate i/c cutting, fabricating, painting & drilling hole etc complete as required. |
