| 16 | The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge. |
| 17 | The cement & steel shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag, Steel Rs.7615/-only per qtl. |
| 18 | The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work. |
| 19 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works. |
| 20 | Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant. |
| 21 | Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work. |
| 22 | Material should be used of approved quarry. |
| 23 | The work should be completed in the stipulated period. |
| 24 | The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage |
| 25 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |

| 27 | The Weight of each boulder should not less than 18 kg. |
| 28 | No deviation will be allowed without the prior permission of the Engineer-in-charge. |
