| 15 | The cement, steel and D.I pipes shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag, Steel Rs.7615/-only per qtl. and D.I pipe free of cost respectively. |
| 16 | The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work. |
| 17 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works. |
| 18 | Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant. |
| 19 | Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work. |
| 20 | Material should be used of approved quarry. |
| 21 | The work should be completed in the stipulated period. |

| 23 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |
