Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 9.0 meter height hot dip galvanized octagonal street light pole with one side double arm bracket, manufactured from high tensile steel sheet, having top diameter 70 mm, bottom diameter 135 mm and wall thickness 3 mm, fabricated in octagonal section and continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding.The pole shall be complete with one side double arm bracket made of suitable diameter GI pipe/steel section for mounting two LED street light luminaires.The pole shall be hot dip galvanized inside and outside conforming to IS 2629 and IS 4759, and provided with a base plate of size 225 mm × 225 mm × 16 mm thickness welded at the bottom. The pole shall be supplied complete with 4 Nos. M24 foundation bolts with nuts, washers and template plate for proper positioning and alignment.The scope of work includes excavation of earth for pole foundation, construction of RCC foundation using M20 grade cement concrete of suitable size, fixing of foundation bolt assembly with template, proper curing of concrete, erection and alignment of the pole on the foundation with tightening of foundation bolts.The work also includes backfilling of excavated earth, disposal of surplus soil, making cable entry provision, providing earthing arrangement for the pole, and supplying all materials, labour, tools, plants, transportation and incidental charges required for complete installation of the pole foundation and erection of the pole, complete in all respects as per approved specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 120W LED Street Light Luminaire (CCT 3000K–5700K) having IP66 protection, with pressure die-cast aluminium housing and efficient heat dissipation system, complete with toughened glass cover and high efficiency LED module, suitable for outdoor street lighting applications.The luminaire shall operate on an input voltage range of 110–290V AC, 50 Hz, with inbuilt constant current LED driver having minimum 4 kV surge protection and power factor not less than 0.95. The fitting shall be suitable for continuous outdoor operation in ambient temperature range of –10°C to +55°C.The LED chips used in the luminaire shall be of reputed make such as Cree / Osram / Lumiled or equivalent, ensuring high lumen output and system efficacy conforming to applicable BIS / IEC standards.The luminaire shall be suitable for mounting on street light pole bracket or double arm bracket and shall be supplied complete with all required mounting accessories, internal wiring, connectors, hardware and fastening arrangements.The scope of work includes supply, installation, fixing on pole bracket, connection with supply cable, testing and commissioning of the LED street light fitting, complete in all respects as per approved specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.The luminaire shall be supplied with a minimum warranty of 2 (two) years or more from the date of commissioning.Approved makes shall be Neev / Crompton / Bajaj / Havells or equivalent.
