Repair/servicing of Cassette Air conditioners (2 TR capacity) 02 No’s. installed at VRDL-ICMR Lab of GMC&H, Jammu by way of dismantling the old damaged parts and the overall routine maintenance and service of Cassette Air conditioners of 2 TR capacity each includes cleaning of the outer and inner units using clean water jet sprays with help of jet pump and then cleaning with chemical solution. The Job is repeated till all the condenser coil and fan, grills are clear of any dust and dirt.The job also includes repairing of the leaking refrigerant copper pipes by brazing process. The whole units are vacuumised with the help of vacuum pump and then nitrogen gas is filled in all the units and kept under pressure for 24 hours and checked for any leakage in all the joints.
