| 1 | Material and labour for carrying out Maintenance/Servcing for the following DG set including cleaning of air filter using pressure air, O ring, Gaskets, screws etc, checking of engine oil level & draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including applying grease, cleaning with CRC of all moving parts and draining out water from radiator assembly, checking of coolant level in radiator and refill new after mixing with coolant, including tightening all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as hose clamp, screws, washers etc. Check Air piping and vibration damper, filling with new coolant, Inspection of alternator and starter, Checking of V-belt condition & tension(Adjust/ replaced if required), Battery health check up and lead connection including top up of distilled water, cleaning of exhaust silencer, checking of filter kit such as fuel filter, Lub oil filter air filter ,check of fuel strainer ,clean breather on fuel tank ,check all joints in fuel lines & etc and replacement of parts as required,lubricate ball joints of the throttle linkage of Hyd Governor and change of fuel tank breather complete all as specified and directed |

| 51 | Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed. |
