| 27 | Note हैण्डलिंग कार्य के लिए बिड में प्राप्त दर तथा MLC दर में से जो भी कम हो, वही दर मान्य होगी अर्थात् बिड में प्राप्त दर तथा MLC निर्धारित दर (21.472) दोनो में जो भी दर कम हो वही दर मान्य होगी। इसी प्रकार गनी बैग्स हैण्डलिंग की दरे भी आधार दर से अधिक मान्य नही होगी। |
