| 21 | Erection and commissioning of high mast with all required tools and tackles- The price shall cover for erection and commissioning of high mast with all required tools and tackles. The tenderer must see the site closely before quoting the rates with regard to the nature of soil, average depth of decomposed garbage and debris at mast locations and other site conditions before working out the type foundation and specifications for the proposed high mast of Tender schedule. The tenderer shall be responsible for the design of the foundation and safe erection and installation of the high mast in mechanically and structurally safe working condition for the design life of the mast. The load bearing capacity of the soil of site should be taken in to account to decide the type of foundation and itsspecifications, as recommended by the manufacturer. The holding down bolts shall be as per the size and quantity as per OEM's design of high tensile strength (TOR steel, 410 Mpa Y.S.) and shall be supplied complete with anchor plate of required thickness for casting into the foundation. The precision made steel template with tube holes should be provided to ensure correct verticality and horizontally of bolt alignment. Two earth terminals shall be provided for each mast and shall be connected to earth. FENCING - Supply and fixing of hexagonal type M.S. grill fencing is within contractors' scope of work. The rate shall also include painting with primer work of shade and quality as approved by Engineer Incharge Bikaner or site engineer. The paint shall be of Asian/Nerolac/Berger or equivalent make. The rate also includes providing RCC foundation in the ratio 1:2:4 (cement: concrete: sand) or as per manufacturer's recommendations for erection, grouting etc. |

The fitting shall operate on 240 Volt, 50 Hz AC supply. The luminary shall be suitable for installation on High Mast for stadium lighting application. The price shall also cover for fixing, testing and commissioning of the above flood light luminary on high mast by fabrication and supply of M.S. clamps made from M.S. flat of suitable size, duly painted & with nut, bolts and washers of 12 mm diameter.
