| 1 | Comprehensive routine maintenance of Window / Split type ACs units of 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity units of different makes installed at various locations as per inventory attached, i/c repairing / replacement of remote, capacitor running type, all types of defective parts,gun metal taps,electronic parts ,float valve assembly excluding topping up of refrigerant in compressor, refrigeration pipe, PCB for indoor/outdoor complete as per terms and conditions, and timing as per direction of Engineer -in- charge & wherever reqd. (Note:- i) During the period of Summer Season & duration as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge ii) Maintaining of Complaints will be recorded by the agency in the AC Task/Complaint register)(115 Units X 8 Months = 920 Units) |
| 2 | Complete servicing of WTAC/STAC/unit of 1/1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity including dismantling the AC from its existing position at various locations/grill/window cutting,washing with High pressure water spray electric machine,coil cleaning with D- Scaling Chemical, drying with air blower ,oiling, greasing of blower, fans. cleaning of evaporative and condensing coil with suitable chemical like coil cleaner, as required in its existing position complete etc. as required. |
