| 1 | Design, Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning of Vertical Terbine Pump having a Discharge of 3500m³/hr and Head of 30 M (finalised during detail engineering & Design) with new column pipes, shafts, sleeves, guide head, spiders, discharge head, motor stool, column pipe, Caison Pipe, pressure gauge, air release valve etc. along with 435 KW (finalised during detail engineering and Design) 6.0 KV,50Hz,TFEC,SCIM, S1 Duty, IC 411 Cooling, class F insulation, temp rise restricted to Class-B,V1, IP55 pump duty motor and 6 nos. RTD & 2 nos. BTD total complete required as per site condition and technical specification and direction of the EIC. Considered Motor speed 750 rpm (syn) and Pump speed 750 rpm (syn). (The pump & motor characteristic shall be matched with existing pump-motor characteristic in parallal operation). |
| 2 | Supply, delivery at site, lowering, fitting and fixing, testing commissioning of DIDF non return valve (800NB, PN-1.6 ) in proper position and alignment by providing temporary support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC. |
| 3 | Supply, delivery at site, lowering, fitting and fixing, testing commissioning of DIDF butterfly valve (800NB, PN-1.6) alongwith suitable rated motorised actuator in proper position and alignment by providing temporary support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets, nuts, bolts etc all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC. |
| 4 | Supplying including cost of installation of D.I. Dismantling Joints is a variable length Double Flanged Short Piece constituted by a flange / Spigot Tailpiece inserted into the other Tailpiece which allows the distance between the two flanges to be varied within certain limits thus providing a variable distance piece between two fixed flange end devices like Pumps and Valves. The Dismantling Joint to be supplied complete with SealingRubber Gaskets of EPDM quality (IS:5382/1985 Type-4), Cast Iron Follower Glands and Mild Steel (Zinc Coated) Nut Bolts as per manufacturer specification. The whole assembly should be mechanically and hydraulically tested to the provisions as laid down in IS: 1538. Fitting and fixing should be in proper position with proper care of main pipe line for leak proof condition. ( For 800mm with length 315 to 490mm.) |
| 5 | Supply, delivery at site and fitting and fixing of MS pipe for individual delivery as well as common delivery manifold (shall be matched with existing both pipe dia.) including fabrication of all necessary accessories special viz. bends, enlarger/reducer, Rubber Gasket, R.C.C. pedestal, etc including cutting pipes, making flanged & welded joints as required, fitting fixing complete in all respect including cost of all fitings, sundry and jointing materials as required for laying of pipe with anti-corrosive treatment of all pipe surface complete as per technical specification and direction of EIC. |
| 6 | Supply, delivery, fitting and fixing of dust & damp proof following field instruments complete with all valves, cocks and other fixtures including cost of all sundry materials as required as per technical specification and direction of EIC. |

| 10 | Modification of the Existing Control Desk along with supply of new equipments like temparature scanner, ammeter, indicating lamps , push buttons , valve position indicators etc. as required with signal retransmission feature etc. and fitting, fixing & commisioning of the same to complete in the existing Control Desk of IBG in order to accomodate 1 No. additional Pump-motor control in the desk as per technical specification and direction of EIC. |
| 11 | a) Supply, delivery, laying at site of all types of HT, LT, Control, Screened Cables, Jointing materials (dry type) and laying on required trays, ducts, trenches ,supports with required fabrication as per site condition and making end termination of those cables to complete for commissioning the whole installation and as per direction of the EIC & technical specification.. b) Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required including all materials for earthing system as per recommended I.E. rules for all equipments which will be installed and as per specifiction and direction of the EIC . c) Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages . |
| 12 | Painting the whole installation as per technical specifcation and direction of EIC. |
| 13 | Carrying out high pressure test of the HT installation by approved agency and obtaining necessary clearance fron Directorate of Electricity as per direction of EIC. |
| 14 | Commissioning the whole installation including trial run for 03 (three) months after successful commissioning as per specification and direction of EIC. |
