| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing, and commissioning of 80W Smart Hybrid Solar street light System. The streetlight should have minimum system efficacy of 160 Lumens/watt and made up of Aluminium Extrusion housing. The streetlight should have ingress and impact protections of IP65 & IK07, respectively. Streetlight should have specially designed PC optics with beam angle suitable for road lighting applications. Streetlight should have two indication lights – Green and red showing state of charge for battery i.e. Green light for Charging and red light in case the battery is discharged. Streetlight should also have CRI>70 and CCT of 5700K +/- 500K. The ambient temperature range for fixture should be 0 Degree Centigrade to 50 Degree Centigrade. The type of charge controller used should be MPPT type and must have following protections - Over-Charge protection, deep-discharge protection, Over current protection, Short circuit protection & Over voltage protection. The fixture should work as per dusk to dawn operation and should automatically Switch “ON” during dusk and “OFF” on sensing the sunlight during Dawn. Manufacturer of the fixture should have inhouse NABL approved testing lab at their manufacturing facility for testing photometry. Fixture, charge controller and RMS module should be manufactured in India. System should have Solar panel made up of high efficiency module attached& Network Coverage which shall be updatable OVER THE AIR (OTA) during the contract period. Monocrystalline with minimum 190Wp capacity (BIS Approved) and PV modules used must qualify to the latest edition of BIS standards IS14286, IS/ IEC 61730 Part-1 &Part2. Battery should have minimum capacity of 96Ah – 12.8Vand should be made of maintenance free lithium Ferro Phosphate battery (LiFePO4) Battery and should be BIS approved. Battery should conform to the latest BIS/ International standards and IS 16046 part-2 and IS/IEC 16047 part-3 must be submitted. System should work with pre-programmed dimming profile/ PIR and approval for dimming profile should be approved by Engineer in charge. Streetlight system should also have a hybrid controller (In case of adverse weather conditions i.e. extreme cloudy weather, cold climatic conditions or battery failure) streetlights should be ON via AC power also the battery should charge from AC in case of low battery during the night. The Smart Solar Street Lighting System shall automatically connect directly to the public mobile network via2G/3G/4G/5G or any latest technology networks for sending data to cloud server or CMS (Central monitoring System) via RMS hardware. Both MPPT Charge controller and RMS device should be produced by the same manufacturer. RMS device should have embedded GPS location mapping to locate the light location on real time basis (No static GPS Location allowed). Each streetlight should also have a provision that it can be Switched ON/OFF individually via dashboard (using RMS) for easy maintenance. Individual light should also be configurable (dimming profile can be changed) via dashboard using RMS. Test reports to be submitted – LM79 report, LM80 report, BIS of Solar Panel, BIS of Battery. |
