The impeller shall be dynamically balanced. The blower shall be coupled with 3Ph, 440V, 50 Hz T.E.F.C. Squirrel cage inductions motor (Crompton/ABB/Siemens) of suitable capacity, as per ISI specification. The blower assembly shall have silencer with antivibration absorbed to reduce noise. The blower casing shall have inspection cover and separate drain plug at bottom to remove moisture entrapped. Including 1 set of rotating element of blower set. |
| 7 | Work of supply and installation of vertical cyclone water scrubber made out of S.S 304 material of suitable design. The thickness of bottom plate shall be 6 mm and scrubber body shall be 3mm thick plate for inner and outer shell, shall be used the spray nozzles, Mist (water) eliminator, water seal system heat resistance inspection- window, sump tank (2 CuM approx.) with foundation, cover, strainer, valve, baffle to separate solid particles from water etc. pump with piping and fitting shall be provided with proper design. Tank made from 6mm thick M.S plate shall be internally painted with chlorinated rubber paint. Suitable size PVC drains pipes shall be connected to the nearest existing MCGM drainage. The scrubber shall have firm support of M.S channels/ I- beam grouted in cement concrete foundation. The design of water scrubber system shall ensure to limit the exhaust emission within the permissible limit as specified by CPCB. Including 1 set of spares water spray nozzles etc. shall be provided along with equipment. |
| 8 | Work of Supply and installation of main duct made out of 3 mm thick S.S 304 plate shall be connected with hood outlet, water scrubber unit, exhaust air blower, bypass arrangement of scrubber etc. the end flanges of ducting shall be 6 mm thick x 40 mm wide made out of S.S 304 material . The ducting shall be provided with S.S. 304 nuts, bolts, washer; asbestos rope etc. ducting shall be installed at site at suitable height with M.S. angle/ channel/ brackets etc. taking support of existing shed M.S. I Beam/ support as required. |
| 9 | Work of supply and installation of damper assembly of 600 mm dia made out of 3 mm thick having 6 mm thick rotating flap inside. The damper shall be provided with S.S chain for smooth operation of damper flap. |
| 10 | Work of Supply and installation of electrical panel: C.R.C.A steel of 14 SWG for panel, 16 SWG for door shall be used. The panel shall have 25 x25x 3 mm M.S. Angle frame, I.S.M.C. at base, 60 x 10 mm S.S. 304 bolts, nuts spring washer , reversible lifting eye/ hook, self-draining provision, doors with insulated thumb screw, powder coated knobs, lockable handles, name plates, rating plates & label for caution notice (danger board) with proper description/ details. External and internal white labels shall be engraved and filled with black colour. The switch gears, tinned copper bus bars, separate compartments for feeders, bus bars & switchgears, current carrying capacity as per I.S. standard, voltmeter, ammeter, energy meter. Power factor meter, hour meter & R,Y, B, indicators shall be provided. I&T/Siemens make components only be used. The panel drawing shall be got approved before fabrication. The panel shall be duly painted & grouted as per site requirement. |

The necessary steel structure support shall be provided to this F.R.P. sheet which shall be secured firmly be virtue of G.I. nut-bolts etc. the south or pyre side of scrubber unit area shall be separated with M.S. grill partition along with at least 4.5mtr wide suitable M.S. door with locking arrangement. The height of shade and partition shall be at least 3mtr Payment to be made as per SQM basis of floor area. |
