Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm., Measured at a height of 1 m. above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m. Outside the periphery of area cleared.

Supply and filling of carted earth from a distance not exceeding 7 KM from the site of work and including cost of earth and all materials, labour T & P etc. Earth work in cutting or embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50mtr. in depth and earth work in embankment & subgrade and earthen shoulders to be in 20cm Layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5 meter lift and 30 meter lead. (Good Earth brought from out side away from GIDA notified area) MORTH Sr.no. 3.16 Specification 305.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Morth Specification 4.10

Providing and laying of factory made 80 mm thick rubber moulded Interlocking cement concrete tiles (30mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/ laying of Interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC DrainExcavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m. & lead upto 30 m. Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (Excluding Royality). SOR SNO- 251

P.C.C 1:3:6 in FoundationCement concrete with 4 cm. (1½\\") gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR SNO-280)

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand 2.0 cm gauge sand ballast n the proporton 1:1.5:3 Cement Concrete in complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. R.C.C. Grade M20 compaction as per Sor Rate Item nocomplete in all respects.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks.
