Supplying and Fixing of 1.5mm thick SS 304 intake Bin of size 630x900 /1000 mm with height 900mm with complete accessories i.e. gas spring fitted with NDMC logo for smooth functioning of operation of underground bin etc complete as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Replacement/Fixing of damaged castor wheels in existing trolley including dismantling and taken away old castor wheel etc complete and entire satisfaction of engineer- in- charge.

Comprehensive repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of underground stainless steel bins, including all requisite consumables. The scope of work encompasses the upkeep of all underground bins, ensuring operational efficiency through the replacement of necessary consumables and components. This includes the complete overhaul of hydraulic cylinders and scissor lifts to optimize the functionality of the underground waste management system. Pressure washing of bins shall be done atleast twice a month. Any malfunctioning or damaged components within the hydraulic system arising during regular operation shall be replaced as necessary. The agency shall be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of the underground bins, and no additional payment shall be made for consumables and parts requiring replacement. The work shall be carried out to the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Replacement of wheels & handle Max upto 25% i.e 68 nos. (68 Trollies in 34 UG Bins means 272 Wheels so 25% of 200 wheels.) Steel and welding for repair work but in case of complete damage of Bin it will be replaced by Agency/NDMC.Painting - Epoxy painting as & when required and atleast twice in a year. Cleaning - Pressure washing twice in a month.Side lift gate shockers/cylinder to door repair and refixing, non working lift gate shockers Side door & front door - repair , welding , handle , theft not covered. All repairable damage to be covered under AMC. Wet Cleaning will be done twice in a month Note:- Contractor shall maintained a log book issued by deparment and do signature of concerned SI/ASI at the time of servicing of bin without signature no payment shall be made.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-ill) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S.Work in builtup section / frame work or M.S.Sheet on existing underground intake bin , including cutting,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel or M.S.Sheet etc complete and entire as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and placing of MS painted 1100 ltrs garbage bin trolley compitable with existing 304 side door in existiing underground bin etc complete as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
