Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes 53-22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimetres) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III by manual means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) made of HPCL/ BPCL on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.90 to 1.20kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
