| 1 | Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 1.50 MLD capacity based on MBBR for sewage treatment facility Latest Technology comprising of integrated natural treatment system, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5-9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg/litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN/1000 ml) <100, N -Total 10 mg/litre, NH4-N≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1 No.), Screen Chamber (1 No.), Grit Channel (1 No.), Distribution Box (1 No.), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor Unit (1 No., MCRT 40 Days, nitrification),(MBBR Unit, Anoxic Reactor, MBBR Tank, Tube Settler), Sludge Drying Beds (2 No.) 60 % of the required capacity with covering arrangements with polycarbonate sheet (6mm thick), Centrifuge of design capacity, Multi Media Filter (1 No.), Chlorine Contact Tank (1) No.), Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe (1 No.), Steel Gate (P&F) (1 No.), Railing and Access Ladder (1 No.), Plant Building/Chowkidhar Room (plinth area 30.00 sq.m.), providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment's, SBC test for soil (1 No.), Providing and fixing of flood security lighting arangement around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & sewage traement published by CPHEEO Manual (1 No) (Latest Edition) as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. |
| 2 | Excavation in foundation (trenches for pipes and M/holes) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca pavements i/e saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil, un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of Metalled, un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc.complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
