| 11 | Fabrication, erection of single 11 Mtr ST/8.5 PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps, accessories required including supply & fixing of clamp, nuts & bolts, Grouting with cement, sand, brick ballast in ratio :1:4:8 and earthing as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I with fixing of T-off with fitting & tapping pole. (Only Pole shall be Supplied by the deptt.) |

| 14 | Dismentling of Damaged Busbars on 33 KV Exposure Poles and again connecting new busbars using Lugs Nut bolts of Suitable sizes. (Only 33 KV Cable for busbar will be provided by Deptt.) |
| 15 | Replacing Damaged Lugs on 33 KV Cable Outdoors/busbar/jumpers by dismantling Cable from line, fixing lugs and rehoisting of cables. |
| 16 | Providing and Fixing of Tinned Cu Braided Strip 6 mm Width 1.5 mm”Thickness for Cable Earthing at Exposures on Poles. |
| 17 | Welding of damaged/rusted STP in 33 KV/11 KV line by providing M.S Angle and plintihing also. |
| 18 | Repairing of broken/badly damaged S.T Poles (damaged at ground level) in existing H.T lines due to extra ordinary rusting & scaling. From bottom side welding of 4/5 pieces( approx 75 cm. long) of angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm. Ist of all digging of pit around the pole of size 1.0 mtr. x 1.0 mtr. x 1.0 mtr. is to be done and then cleaning of rust & de-scaling with the help of hard wire brush & chisel and then MS angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm in 4/5 pcs. of required length as per site requirement varying from 70 cms to 75 cm to cut down and then to be welded with the healthy top and bottom portion of the pole with Ist class electric welding with own welding generator set in such as way that on top of bottom potion over-lapping of healthy part is covered 200 mm length approx. before welding the poles where top & bottom portion are separated, the same are to be kept in alignment safely & after completing the above work, the pit should be refilled. Concreting of S.T Pole for grouting (0.285 cu mt.) cement, stone blast) Making plinth of above repaired ST pole in round shape of height 0.30 meters from ground level having outer dia of 300 mm size in CC 1:4:8 in cement, sand , Stone ballast etc. |
| 19 | Providing and fixing of Cradle type guarding of 33 KV line made of GI wire 6 swg Angle 65x65x6. ( All material, shall be provided by the contractor) |
