Complete washing of stator coils, removal of all sort of dirt, dust and muddy substances, applying of highly volatile active chemical for clearing of coils, applying of required heat for removal of moisture. The job includes impregnation of coils and applying of fresh warmish ( 2 coats ) .After impregnation applying of heat up to suitable temperature for drying of coils /stator. The jobs further includes cleaning of extracted bearings with suitable chemical and washing of motor assembly completely before re installations of motor assembly.
