Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) made of HPCL/ BPCL using emulsion distributor including use of Organo silane Nanotechnology of approved brand nanotac or equivalent at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram). including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer -In -charge and other incidentials. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying compacted 30 mm (Thirty millimeter) thick bituminous concrete using VG-30 (thirty) with the approved Organo-silane based warm mix additive (Nanotechnology) such as zycotherm or equivalent (0.1%(zero point one percent )/per tonne of bitumen) including repair of existing potholes and damaged patches with penetration macadam, over prepared base with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty )TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 (seventy five)Tonne per hours using crushed aggregate of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder 5.4 to 5.6% (five pont four to five point six)of mix including mineral filler as required transporting the Hot mix to work site laying with a hydostic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per job mix formula & as per MORTH Specification No. 506, 509 complete in all respect bituminous concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer -In -charge and other incidentials. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm (two point five) millimetres thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.
