| 4 | Supplying and fixing of Extra copper refrigerant piping of 5/8”, 3/8”, 1/4” i/c nitrile rubber insulation wrapping etc. complete as reqd. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing of 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed bright annealed copper conductor cable for communication between indoor unit/outdoor unit/controllers inside building in existing steel/PVC Conduit/ surface/ existing channel, i/c making connection etc as reqd. |
| 6 | Replacement of following capacity compressor in the existing WTAC/Split AC with new one and making copper pipe connection, brazing pressure testing and supplying and charging refrigerant gas i/c cutting the copper piping dismantling of the old compressor complete as Reqd. |

| 18 | Comprehensive maintenance of WTAC/STAC unit and water cooler i/c cleaning of water tank, attending day to day complaints from 9 AM to 5 PM and rectifying the defects, replacement of worn out parts such starting / running capacitor, starting relays, overload relays, thermostate as selector switches, sleeves, knobs, Front grills connectors, PCB etc. which required to be replace during comprehensive maintenance & monthly cleaning of filters, condenser fan, blower, fan/blower motor, Coils, (Gas charging, compressor not covered under comprehensive maintenance) complete as per terms & condition and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (40 X 7 Months =280Nos) |
