Thane Municipal Corporation is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) for operating the meznain floor and first floor of welfare center, panchpakhadi, mhada for a period of 05 years. Interested bidders are required to deposit with the Corporation, on a monthly basis,either 20% of the monthly revenue generated or a fixed amount of Rs. 80,000 + GST, whichever amount is higher. Additionally, the said amount will be increased by 10% every year. We hereby accept all the terms and conditions, and we are willing to pay Thane MunicipalCorporation (TMC) the partnership amount from the revenue generated through the meznain floor and first floor of welfare center, panchpakhadi ,mhada as stated below. We agree to pay TMC ______% partnership amount + GST on the fees collected. Further, after the contract is finalized, if the amount calculated as per the above-mentioned percentage is less than Rs. 80,000, we are willing to pay a fixed amount of Rs. 80,000 + GST per month to Thane Municipal Corporation. (Note: Preference will be given to the bidder quoting a partnership percentage of 20% or more. Also, based on the highest finalized partnership percentage, if the payable amount falls below Rs. 80,000, the contractor will be required to pay a fixed amount of Rs. 80,000 + GST.
