| 4 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
| 5 | Carriage of material (1.1) by mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking complete in all respect using appropriate labour and machinery to carry dispose the building rubbish/ malba/ dismantled and wastes to the Municipal Corporation C&D waste processing plant to an average lead of 12 Km and all lifts to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. |

| 7 | Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 11 | Providing and fixing Precasting plain cement concrete tiles of size 1'-0\\" x 1'-0\\" x 2\\" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:1.5:3 duly cured and finished. The rates is to be fixed over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting of joints complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge |
| 12 | Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick compacted bed of cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with cement mortar etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
