Comprehensive AMC of 10 Passenger lift of Orbis make installed in Communtiy Centre Sec 35:-Comprehensive AMC of 10Passenger lift (884 Kgs),1.00 Mps (minimum) having 2 stop & 2 opening all on same side without machine room, having approximate travel 9 meters with centre opening doors 900 mm wide, 2000mm high with provision of emergency key opening at all landings, press and speak intercom system among cars and reception, automatic rescue device to automatically bring the elevator to landing floor. The AMC of lift include routine, preventive & break down maintenance for period of one year including replacement of worn out items with minimum downtime and warranty & guarantee of repaired/ replaced items except battery, light and fans.
