Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia. upto 75mtrs BGL or above as per the strata encountered as per IS specifications by using ODEX method and installation, testing & commissioning of Mark-II Hand Pump along with additional Riser Pipes/Connecting Rods if required. The job also includes construction of Cement Concrete Platform as per site conditions.

Cost of 125 mm dia. MS Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 electric resistance welded beveled ended inside bead free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be bead free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. The cost of 125 mm dia. M.S. Pipe includes transportation charges up to the site and 3rd Party Inspection at the manufacturer end.

Cost of Mark-II Hand Pump Extra Deep Mark-II Hand Pump should be ISI Marked Extra Deep Well Hand Pumps, complete set conforming to IS: 15500: Part 2: 2004 (with latest revisions) consisting of 16 Nos. connecting rods electro galvanized (12mm dia. 3 M long) and 16 nos., 3 M long 32mm dia. G.I. Pipes (B-Class) one end fitted with G.I. Socket made of seamless pipe or solid bar and other end with threaded protector as riser pipes along with Cylinder Assemblies.

Cost of M-II Hand Pump Plain Mark-II Hand Pump should be ISI Marked Hand Pumps, complete set conforming to IS: 15500: Part 2: 2004 (with latest revisions) consisting of 08 Nos. connecting rods electro galvanized (12mm dia. 3 M long) and 8 nos., 3 M long 32mm dia. G.I. Pipes (B-Class) one end fitted with G.I. Socket made of seamless pipe or solid bar and other end with threaded protector as riser pipes along with Cylinder Assemblies.

Providing and fitting of Riser Pipe 32 mm extra additional length of Riser Pipe of 03 M each which shall be hot dip galvanized screwed and socketed pipe confirming to IS: 1302 (Part 1) medium class. Pipe ends shall have smooth finish and shall be free of burrs or sharp machining chip. Internal surface of pipes shall not have any lump of zinc. One end of pipe shall be fitted with hot dipped galvanized socket and other end with thread protector.
